What the role is about...
As a team member, you will play a central role in ensuring that the business has the right talent to achieve its goals and objectives. Additionally, you will contribute to the employer brand, candidate experience, and the diversity and inclusion of our workforce.
You will proactively source, attract and broker new talent into the business; utilising an array of market insights and resourcing tools. You will also be responsible for supporting the operational teams to self-serve resourcing requirements in some areas.
This role places you at the core of our people and operational teams, in communicating to the external world 'who we are'; and, internally, how our managers should conduct core managerial processes.
Your efforts will enable us to engage with our internal and external stakeholders to meet and exceed our customers' expectations as we continue to evolve and refine our processes and strategies in the dynamic landscape of the UK&I business environment.
Some key areas of focus:
- Analyse daily attraction feed to capture the details of underperforming roles, and utilize market insight tools to assess the driving forces for underperformance
- Work with Snr. Resourcing Business Partner and Hiring Managers to overcome the 'driving forces' and make/implement targeted attraction campaigns
- Work with hiring managers to understand the requirements and expectations of different positions
- Use various sourcing methods to attract and identify potential candidates, such as job boards, search licenses, social media, referrals, etc.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on their resume, skills, experience, and fit for the role
- Conduct phone, video, or in-person interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers
- Coordinate and facilitate the hiring process, including offer negotiation, reference checks, background checks, etc.
- Proactively monitor frontline recruitment activity, identifying areas of concern and working with hiring managers to identify areas of potential concern and improvement
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and trends
