Everyone is always so friendly and nice at this facility. We have been here a couple times and always have a great experience.

I would recommend This Urgent Care to friends and family very clean and neat .Staff is friendly ,bedside manner of Dr with good quality care . Everything was done in a timely manner and was able to get to work on time!

Staff was friendly but wait time was long. The staff did communicate the wait time though and even let me email the paperwork to the office

Had allergic reaction to something I ate previous afternoon. Lips were swollen.I am recovering at home from hip replacement surgery 11 days ago and wanted to be sure I could be seen immediately upon arriving at urgent care. The scheduler showed true understanding and compassion assuring me she would make sure I would not have to wait.I was seen within 5 minutes of checking in which I am grateful for as I am not supposed to be sitting for long and should be off my feet as much as possible.Doctor saw me, diagnosed and sent in prescription for steroid treatment. I was out the door in under 20 minutes!!Fantastic care and I am impressed they understood to extenuating circ*mstances that required limiting any wait times!!

I have nothing but good things to say. Everything went so well and could not have been any better.

Had some concerns with abdominal pain. Doctor was super friendly and thorough. I made an appointment ahead of time and didn’t have much wait.

Was not able to book an appointment but headed in and waited not even 10 minutes. The computer system was easy to use. The doctor was wonderful. She was helpful, knowledgeable and her care was excellent!

I showed up on Saturday morning as a walk-in because there were no online appointments available. The woman at the front desk was so kind and helpful. The check in process was easy. I asked if I could wait in my car and she said she would text me when they were ready for me. Within 10 minutes they were ready for me. Dr. Patrong is a wonderful provider. He listens carefully and gave me options. He really is caring and thorough as a medical provider. He is so great I was hoping he could be my general provider. 10/10 service at this Nextcare Urgent Care.

Came in to address a foot injury. The whole process was fantastic and quick. Everyone was friendly and respectful. Everyone from the front desk, intake lady, my provider to the x-ray tech. Very comforting and soothing to know there’s a whole staff that makes your experience great.

This is our go to place for sports physicals, we really like it. However this time my daughter and I waited for almost 40 minutes after we were brought back into a room. The PA was great and thorough, just wish the wait wasn’t that long. We’ll be back for the next time we need something.
